Shipping Policy

We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as simple as possible for our customers. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department.

We offer free delivery on all orders within Australia.


Delivery in Australia with Australian Post.
Once you have placed your order, we take 1 to 2 working days to process it and it will be delivered to you within 2 to 4 days. On weekdays, it takes one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or weekend, it may take a little longer.

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 12:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Time on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

How to order
To order any of our products from Manoxe, you must first add the product you wish to order to the shopping cart on the product page. To do this, click on the green "Add to cart" button.

It's important to check that you've selected the right parameters. If everything is correct, click on the "Secure checkout" button. On the information page, you need to enter the correct address data. Once this information has been entered correctly, you can click on the "Checkout" button.

On the "Shipping" page, you can reconfirm the address data you have entered. You'll also see that every shipment is delivered free of charge. As a thank you to our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed to checkout by clicking on the "Proceed to checkout" button.

You have a choice of payment methods. At Manoxe, all payment methods are SSL-encrypted, which means you can always count on a secure payment environment.

Once you have chosen the correct payment method, click on the "Checkout" button and you will be redirected to the secure payment environment for your chosen payment method. Follow the instructions on this page to complete your order. If you have any problems completing your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.

Have you found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Of course you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That's why we almost always deliver your order the same day. The average delivery time for your order is therefore 15 working days. You'll receive an e-mail from us as soon as your order has been shipped. You can then track the progress of your order yourself on our "My order" page.

Free, risk-free delivery
Your parcel will be sent with insurance and a tracking code. So there's no risk when you order from our website. Don't worry about hidden charges or shipping costs, as all deliveries are completely free of charge.

Returns
Once your order has been delivered, you have at least 30 days to try out the scooter. If you are not satisfied, simply return the product without giving any reason. Please note that the product must be in new condition. Do you have any questions about our returns policy? Please see the page to the right of the cancellation page. If you require personal assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Return to sender
If the package is delivered to your home or dropped off at a post office, Manoxe has paid for delivery of the package. If the parcel is not received or not collected by the post office, it will automatically be returned to sender and we have the right to deduct 15 euros from the refund you will receive.

Damaged or faulty products (defective products).
Unfortunately, it can happen that your order is damaged during delivery. As a customer, there is of course nothing you can do about this. In this case, please contact our customer service department immediately by sending an e-mail to info@Manoxe.com. Please take photos of the complaint and attach them to the e-mail.

You cannot return the product without sending us the photos. Unfortunately, we will not be able to find a suitable solution for you. Our customer service team will deal with your message as quickly as possible and work with you to find the best possible solution.

Please note that if the customer refuses delivery or does not collect the order within the specified time (usually 5 to 7 days), we (the merchant) are not responsible for the refused delivery/non-collected package and cannot issue any refund.
